5 Signs That You’re Making The Right Decision

When it comes to making big decisions — „Should we break up or be together?“ „Should I go into debt to attend a private college?“ — you might find yourself going back and forth, overanalyzing until you drive yourself (and everyone else around you) crazy. When something matters so much to you, is it even possible to make an informed choice?

The key to making good decisions is balancing following your heart, or intuition, and listening to your head (logic and reason). Although you can never be sure of all the future outcomes of a big decision, nor should you try to be, one thing is certain: Nothing is worse than remaining in a state of indecision. Quiz: Do You Listen To Your Intuition?

We are the keepers of our own healing. We are the keepers of an intuitive intelligence so powerful it can tell us how to heal. The time has come for each of us to claim it again. Never forget: It is your right to heal. It is your right to look inside yourself for the answers.

I’m defining intuition as a potent form of inner wisdom, not mediated by the intellect. Accessible to us all, it’s a still, small voice inside — an unflinching truth-teller committed to our well-being. You may experience intuition as a gut feeling, hunch, a physical sensation, a snapshot-like flash, or a dream. Always a friend, it keeps a watchful eye on our bodies, letting us know if something is out of sync.Weiterlesen

What Is Intuition?

Intuition is not a different level of perception. Intuition is only a different dimension of computing. For example, to find out which day of the week the June 1 will fall on, you would take out a piece of paper and a pen and start calculating. It may take eight to 10 steps, but if you are intuitive, you will not go to through these steps. You will just arrive at the answer.

Many children tend to be very intuitive about some aspect of life, especially children with autism. Some time ago, I met a boy who was about 11 years of age. He was impaired in many ways, but if you were to ask him, „What day of the week would March 1, 3000 B.C. fall on?“ he would tell you, „Wednesday.“ You can check it, and he will always be right. He doesn’t have to think about it. Intuition is just a different way of arriving at the answer without going through the necessary logical steps. The logical mind is going through the process step by step, but the intuitive mind is not going through the step-by-step process; it is just picking up the information that it wants at the right time.Weiterlesen
